Terms
1. These terms and conditions are the terms upon which iWalkWaiheke ("We", "Us" or "Our") permits You to make bookings with Us using Our website, by email, or telephone. By making a booking with Us, You are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
Pricing
2. All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST. All prices are correct at the time of publication, but We reserve the right to alter the prices for any reason at any time.
Bookings
3. To make a booking using the online booking system our website, or by email, or telephone, You must pay Us the full cost of Your trip by payment of our invoice. Payment by credit card is accepted as confirmation of Your booking.
Cancellations
(a) Cancellation 90 days or more before start date: All payments made by the Client to iWalkWaiheke shall be refunded to the Client.
(b) Cancellation 30 to 90 days before start date: 50% of the payments made by the Client to iWalkWaiheke shall be refunded to the Client.
(c) Cancellation less than 30 days start date: no refund shall be payable to the Client in respect of the cancelling.
If a walk is cancelled by iWalkWaiheke before the start date the Client shall have the choice of:
(a) accepting from iWalkWaiheke a substitute walk of equivalent or superior value, where such substitute is reasonably available; or
(b) accepting from iWalkWaiheke a substitute tour of lower value if no walk of equivalent or superior value is reasonably available, and to recover the difference in price between the price of the walk originally purchased and that of the substitute walk; or
(c) accept from iWalkWaiheke a full refund of all monies paid for the cancelled walk.
iWalkWaiheke is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the cancelled booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.
Travel Documents
The Client is entirely responsible for securing and must be in possession at all times while on a walk of a valid passport required for entry, departure and travel to NZ, as well as all visas, permits and certificates including a travel insurance policy.
